How we help

Make complex work easier to run.

We start by getting clear on what’s getting in the way. From there, we strengthen what exists, build what’s missing, or step in to lead when hands-on support makes sense.

Clarify

Find what’s getting in the way.

See where work gets stuck and why. Look at priorities and what work moves forward, capacity and workload, handoffs across teams, who owns what and who decides, and what leaders can and can’t see about work and progress.

Build

Strengthen what exists. Build what’s missing.

Put the right structure in place. That may mean clear roles and decisions, better workflows and handoffs across teams, clearer ways to plan and review work, or tools and automation that make the work easier to run.

Lead

Make it work in practice.

When hands-on leadership makes sense, we work with teams to put the new approach in place and carry it forward. That can include implementation across teams, pilots and rollouts, change management, and knowledge transfer so teams can plan, decide, keep work moving, and take ownership.

How we work together

The problem determines the shape of the work.

Some problems need focused advice. Others need hands-on leadership.

Scope, involvement, and measures of success are shaped around the needs of the leader or organization.

Leadership coaching

For leaders navigating growth, complexity, or transition.

People have often come to me for perspective when the path forward isn’t obvious.

I’m developing focused coaching for leaders who want space to think through important decisions, work through change, and get clear on what comes next.
