We may collect information you choose to provide when you contact DSB, including your name, email address, organization, message, and other information you choose to share.

If you join the coaching interest list, we may also collect information you voluntarily provide about what you are navigating.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential or proprietary information through website forms or scheduling fields.

DSB uses Formspree to process submissions from our general inquiry and coaching-interest forms. Information submitted through these forms may be processed and stored by Formspree and delivered to DSB by email.

DSB uses Calendly to schedule introductory conversations. When you select Find a time, you’ll be taken to Calendly, where you can choose a time and provide the information needed to schedule the meeting. Calendly processes that information in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

DSB may also use Google Workspace and Google Meet to manage email communications, calendar invitations, and virtual meetings.

We may use information collected through the website to:

• respond to inquiries
• schedule and manage conversations
• manage coaching-interest requests
• communicate with you about the reason you contacted us
• send coaching-related communications to people who join the coaching interest list
• operate, maintain, secure, and protect our website and business
• comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations

We may use third-party service providers to support website hosting, form processing, scheduling, email, virtual meetings, security, and related business operations. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and may maintain their own privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; protect the rights, safety, or security of DSB or others; or investigate misuse of our website or services.

DSB does not sell the personal information you submit directly through our website forms.

Our website and third-party services used on it may automatically receive limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and information associated with your interaction with those services.

If you choose to use Calendly to schedule a conversation, Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies on its scheduling site in accordance with its Privacy Notice and applicable cookie controls. Calendly does not load on the DSB Contact page before the visitor intentionally selects Find a time.

DSB does not currently use a separate website analytics provider.

We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage our relationship with you, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information in our care. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may contact us with questions or requests concerning personal information you have provided to DSB. We will consider and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from coaching-related marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those communications.
